How to compress a PDF under 10 MB
Choose your PDF in Compress PDF, start with Balanced quality, and compare the preview output with your 10 MB target. If it is still too large, repeat with the Smallest setting. Exact output size depends on the source and cannot be guaranteed.

Important limitations
